We’re growing quickly and looking for a Partner & Product Marketing Lead to drive partner engagement and adoption, ensuring organizations leverage Rivals’ platform to its full potential while amplifying their fan engagement initiatives.
Role Overview
As the Partner & Product Lead, you’ll drive Rival’s product and partner marketing efforts, guiding everything from strategy to execution. From onboarding and strategy through day-to-day relationship management, renewals, and upsell, you’ll be the face of Rival to our partners. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-profile sports and brand clients, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes while helping shape Rival’s customer success function as we scale.
This is a highly visible leadership role that spans product marketing, partner engagement, and operational delivery, requiring flexibility and collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a versatile utility player across product marketing and partner initiatives, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and needs.

Lead go-to-market efforts for new features and partner activations by crafting positioning, messaging, campaigns, and enablement materials from concept through execution and analysis.

Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to turn client and partner insights into roadmap priorities, marketing narratives, and adoption strategies that drive measurable engagement.

Establish and track key performance metrics while identifying risks, opportunities, and quick wins to ensure strong client and partner outcomes.

Jump in across functions as needed including onboarding, renewals, troubleshooting, and shaping marketplace and loyalty initiatives while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in client services, customer success, account management, or a related field, ideally within SaaS, sports/entertainment, gaming, or digital media. We value finding the right candidate with the right skills and mindset over a specific number of years.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise or strategic accounts with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills; executive presence a must.
- Ability to operate strategically while rolling up your sleeves in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions.
- Passion for sports, gaming, and fan engagement is a major plus.
